When the heart suffers, it says the funniest things, doesn’t it? However, when we learn to laugh at our own deteriorating we make amends to who we think we are. Without thinking, we are so much deeply connected than we can possibly imagine. From the curiosity instilled in us to the suffering that is disheartening us. In times of conflict, crisis, chaos and confusion we will move forward in the name of our own self-love. When suffering has malnourished, our indifference; our imperfection –the uniqueness becomes a scar we rename love for the good of ourselves and all. We are made to learn, understand and grow. Value past lessons and express present intentions to let others know the greatest wisdom lies within the heart.
